I recently visited two events in the South OKC area. One of which was sponsered by the "Little Gym" and the other one by a local Walgreens. They both went extremely well and I was able to passout brochures and sign autographs. It was a joy to be around kids who wanted to know why I wore the crown and who were eager to learn about my program. I added pictures to my appearances link. GO VISIT IT! :) More to come soon!

In September of 2008 I was crowned Miss South OKC's Outstanding Teen 2009. I am currently working on creating a school organization to keep my peers involved in the education of "Stranger Danger". I am excited to start with a new crown on my head and I plan on going into to every school I possibly can to teach young children the dangers of strangers and to help them from being a victim I think it is important for kids to learn these techniques at a young age and I think it is a platform that is relevant to any age and any person. I hope to make a great difference in Oklahoma's youth and I hope that my blessings becoming the blessings of many others. I am leaving for Las Vegas this week to see our Miss Oklahoma Kelsey Cartwright compete for the crown of Miss America and then will be heading back eager to help children and young women defend themselves against violent rapist and abuctors. Currently, I am working on partnering with the Elk City Police Department and utilizing a "AMBER PLAN" in Elk City, my hometown. The Amber Plan will help reduce crime and help those who become victims.
